Mouse Proof and Snake Proof guarantee does NOT apply to the following buildings:
- Value Shed
- Garage
- Barn Garage
- Any building with a roll up door or garage door
- Any used building
The mouse proof and snake proof guarantee is null and void if/when:
- The customer, or their agent(s), drill, cut, or otherwise make, hole(s) in the building.
- Holes are otherwise made in the building.
- If the door is left open for extended periods of time, especially when the building is left unattended.
- The building's workmanship warranty has expired.
- The building is used in an application(s) or purpose(s) for which it was not designed.
- The building is used in a commercial or industrial application.
